Dad Facing DUI Charges after Forcing Daughter to Drink

In Georgia, a man was arrested and placed in jail after police learned that he forced his nine year old daughter to drink beer.

According to police, the nine year old had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.165% and was told by her father that he would kill her if she did not consumer beer. Now, Jeffrey Deon Hickson is facing charges of child cruelty, child endangerment and driving under the influence (DUI). Hickson is 39 years old.

Officers told news sources that drunk driving and marijuana possession charges have already been filed against Hickson, who is currently being help in Richmond County Jail. They say that at the time of his arrest, he was driving on a suspended license, without insurance and also had suspended registration documents.
