Halle Berry About to Face Child Custody Battle

Infamous actress, Halle Berry, is rumored to be entering into a heated child custody battle with her ex-partner, Gabriel Aubry.  The two are supposedly fighting over who will have custody of their 2 year old daughter, Nahla.

Not too long ago, the couple decided to part ways and rumors circulated that the split happened because Berry was constantly putting Aubry down because he made less money than she did.  Last month, the two officially broke up and announced their split to the public.

Aubry told news sources that he does not agree with Berry's lifestyle and he worries their young daughter will be exposed to things a child should not see.  At this time, Aubry is seeking sole child custody of Nahla and reportedly earns $700,000 a year.
