In Climax, Georgia, authorities from Decatur County say that they were able to arrest a man for illegal possession of pseudoephedrine. Police say that the man, 41 year old Michael David Bryan, had pseudoephedrine in his possession for the purpose of making methamphetamine.
According to deputies, Bryan used a buyer to purchase cold tablets that contained pseudoephedrine and it is not the first time he has committed this offense.
A month ago, police issued Bryan with a warning after they arrested one of his pill buyers. However, Bryan found another willing buyer and was able to continue purchasing the methamphetamine ingredient. This led to his recent drug crime arrest.
